Marie Bong,

Volunteer

My favorite volunteer experience was when we went to Discovery Cube and taught kids how to make their own flutes out of straws. I loved seeing the amount of care and effort that they put in as well as their happiness with the final product!

With every experiment done with STEM THE ART, no matter how big or small, every moment is an opportunity to give meaning—meaning that is unique to each and every experimental soul out there.

One of my favorite experiences was when the kids decorated their own planets. It was so exciting to see their art skills and creativity create such cool planets!
